You might find it weir when I say “apply face cream properly”, but it’s true, some of my clients don’t know how to put the cream on their skin correctly, so they either wasting the cream or make their skin more sagging or more puffy. Here how to apply the cream on properly.
First of all, wash your hands, and then wash your face with cleansing milk or cleansing foam, if you have oily , acne skin I recommend Foam Cleanser with nano collagen and vitamin C White Perfect D5.
Second, you can apply toner for a second cleansing and balance the pH of the skin (using the cotton pad).
Third, Apply cream on your face, if the cream in a jar, then scoop out a small amount using a small spoon or a scoop. This will prevent your fingers from contaminating the product inside the jar. If you don’t have a scoop you can use a Q-tip to get the cream, as it show in the picture above.
* Start applying the cream to your face. Dab the cream onto your face in small dots. Focus on trouble areas, such as the cheeks and forehead. Avoid areas that tend to get very oily, such as the creases to either side of your nostrils. Then using your fingers gentle patting the cream on your skin, not spread.
Why we should pat it on but spread? Because patting is more gentle, it doesn’t tug and pull at your skin, eventually contributing to more fine lines over time. It doesn’t mess up the flow of your lymphatic system. If you spread on your cream, you can accidentally push against the flow of your lymphatic system, which can actually make you puffy—especially around your eye area, nobody wants that.
So, how to apply eye cream? Squeeze the eye cream on your ring finger, if the eye cream in the jar, use Q-tip to get the cream and and gently dab the cream under your eyes. Avoid pulling on the skin under your eyes.
The ring finger is the weakest finger, making it ideal for the delicate skin under your eyes.
